We're seeking a highly organised, tech-savvy, and self-directed individual with exceptional communication skills to support the operational, administrative, and executive needs of a rapidly growing renewable energy and electrical firm. This is an in house only role requiring a proactive problem solver who can work independently while keeping multiple directors aligned and on task.
Core Responsibilities:
Executive support for multiple directors: inbox triage, calendar coordination, meeting prep
Internal operations liaison: manage follow-ups, updates, and handovers across teams
System administration across Simpro, CRM tools, OpenSolar (training provided, but aptitude essential)
Manage office logistics: supplies, printers, uniforms, emails, phones, fleet
Attend and minute internal meetings, then follow through on action points
Handle sensitive or time critical communications professionally and independently
Manage inbound and outbound calls with professionalism
Provide general administrative support
Research, documentation, and ad hoc business support tasks
You'll Need To Be:
Confident using cloud-based tools and learning new platforms quickly
Exceptionally well organised with strong attention to detail
Calm under pressure, able to prioritise across conflicting demands
A skilled communicator who can take initiative and work with minimal supervision
Willing to roll up sleeves to get things done in a fast paced environment
This role can be 30 hours to full time
