to help us keep the wheels (and ovens) turning!
The Role as an administrator
As our
go-to Admin superstar
, you'll work closely with the
Business Manager and Owner
to support the smooth running of our busy kitchen office. You'll be at the heart of a company that delivers delicious, made-from-scratch food to:
Supermarkets
Events (up to 200 guests)
Our Deli Bar in Hendon

What We're Looking For in an Administrator

Previous admin experience
in a
catering or food business
(big plus!)
Exceptionally
organised
with strong attention to detail
Friendly and professional with
excellent customer service skills
Passionate about catering
Confident with
IT & office systems
(Excel, email, online orders, etc.)
Bonus: you love food and
can help upsell
our catering services (not essential, but tasty if you can!)

What is the administrators role:

Support with daily admin, scheduling, communications, and logistics
Liaise with suppliers, customers, supermarkets, and events teams
Help streamline operations as we grow
Be a friendly, reliable point of contact in a fast-paced, food-loving environment
