We're looking for a proactive and organised Administrator to join our team. In this role, you'll play a vital part in supporting our Project Management team by delivering efficient administrative, organisational, and secretarial support.

What you'll be doing
Key Responsibilities:
Undertake administrative tasks as directed.
Assist/lead the document control processes.
Input timesheet information
Co-ordinating diaries of the management team
Process and maintain personnel records including assets such as mobile telephones; make necessary returns.
Organise meetings and the production, collation and dissemination of documentation for and resulting from them.
Arrange travel, hotels and vehicles, and order office consumables as required
Take minutes when required and follow up actions from the meeting.
Provide a consistent telephone presence on behalf of the team delivering excellent customer service levels.
Create and maintain an efficient filing system.
Report team problems e.g. IT and office facilities and monitor response.
Process site inductions details and produce induction cards
Who we're looking for
The following qualities/experience are essential:
Computer literate (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Good people skills
Excellent typing and telephone skills.
Good organisational Skills
Ability to work within a team environment
Ability to work in a busy and demanding environment.
