Job Description


Our client is a fast-growing, technology-based business who are a market leader in the provision of energy data and services. They have been established for over 40 years and as a business, they currently have over 3.5k customers and employ over 300 people - this role will be based at their Horley office.

They are looking for an experienced Administrator to join the Project Delivery & Support Team where you will be providing proactive administrative and business support to this busy department.

Salary: up to \xc2\xa320,000 to \xc2\xa324,000

Hours: 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Location: Horley, after initial training, hybrid working will be available, 2/3 days office / 2/3 remote

What will the Project Support Administrator role involve?

  • Effectively and efficiently support the PDS team to deliver projects in time and enhance the customer\'s experience.
  • Generating sub-contractors work files and dealing with suppliers\' invoices
  • Reviewing installers documentation and ensuring data is available on the platform
  • Deal with all allocated logs and emails within the SLAs, take ownership of prioritizing workload.
  • Adhere to all Project Delivery and Support Service Level Agreements, responding to customer emails within 3 days.
  • Provide consistently helpful, efficient, and courteous customer support via telephone and email as required.
  • Resolve customer queries and complaints following the Project Delivery and Support procedures
  • Carry regular checks to ensure customer reports are sent to the correct recipients.
  • Maintain accurate notes of conference calls and in-house meetings as required and promptly distribute as necessary.
  • Undertake methodical administration as required.
  • Proactive use of telephone and follow up with emails to always maintain clear audit trail.
  • Proactively liaise with and quickly build rapport with customers and suppliers.
