Part-Time Administrator
to support our office and operational teams.
Role Overview
The Part-Time Administrator will provide administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of the office. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced care environment.
Key Responsibilities
General office administration and record keeping
Managing emails, phone calls, and correspondence
Supporting HR and compliance tasks (staff files, training records, DBS tracking)
Updating internal systems and spreadsheets
Assisting with rota coordination and staff communication
Filing, scanning, and document management
Supporting management with reports and audits when required
Maintaining confidentiality at all times
Essential Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative role
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good IT skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High level of attention to detail
Understanding of confidentiality and data protection
Desirable
Experience in the health or social care sector
Familiarity with HR/admin systems
Knowledge of CQC or compliance processes
