Starting salary:

12.75 per hour (32.5 hrs 19,677.84 actual salary for full academic year), (19.5 hrs 11,806.70 actual salary for full academic year), (14 hrs 8,476.61 actual salary for full academic year)

In our academies we teach and support children and young people from Key Stages 2 - 5 who have been excluded from school, for whom mainstream education is simply not working, or those with an EHCP who require a specialist placement. We are currently seeking a conscientious and enthusiastic Administrator to join our fantastic Kirklees Academy.

As an Administrator, you will work within a team to facilitate the smooth and effective running of our school offices. You will be one of the main points of contact for parents/carers and other external stakeholders and have responsibility for ensuring the administrative procedures are operating effectively. The successful candidate will have excellent IT skills and will be very well organised, with the ability to prioritise their workload. The ideal candidate will have experience in an education setting, although this is not essential for the role.

We can accept applications for full time or part time job share as below:

Full time

(32.5 hrs pw, Mon-Thurs 8.30 - 3.30 & Fri 8.30 - 1.00 pm) Term time plus 10 days

OR

Part Time Job Share:

Role 1: 19.5 hours per week, Mon-Weds 8.30 am - 3.30 pm term time plus 6 days

Role 2: 14 hours per week, Weds 12 noon - 3 pm, Thurs 8.30 am - 3.30 pm, Fri 8.30 am - 1 pm, term time plus 6 days
