The Opportunity





We're looking for a detail-oriented and motivated

Team Administrator

to join our

Payroll & Pensions Team

What You'll Be Doing




Supporting the Payroll & Pensions Team with essential admin tasks Uploading payroll reports and assisting during busy periods or staff absences Inputting and checking payroll data in line with audit and compliance requirements Handling queries via phone and our online ticketing system with professionalism Assisting with the processing of forms such as P45s, maternity schedules, and pension documentation Liaising with HR and internal teams to ensure deadlines are met Maintaining accurate records and ensuring confidentiality at all times Contributing to a balanced, accurate monthly payroll process Participating in training and development to stay up to date with regulations

What We're Looking For




Essential:




GCSEs (Grade 9-5) including Maths and English (or equivalent) Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (particularly Excel and Outlook) Excellent attention to detail and accuracy Strong organisational and time-management skills A team player with a proactive, positive attitude

Desirable:




* Previous admin experience, ideally in payroll, pensions, HR, or finance
