About Our Opportunity



We have an exciting opportunity for a highly organised and detail-focused individual to support the governance, control and continual improvement of EMR's Integrated Management System (IMS). This role is central to ensuring IMS documentation and processes remain compliant with EMR's corporate framework and ISO standards, while supporting strong governance and effective use of SharePoint-based systems.


What You Will Be Doing


Maintaining accurate, compliant and up-to-date IMS documentation within the IMS Document Control Centre (DCC). Managing document control activities including approvals, version control, metadata, permissions and accessibility using SharePoint. Coordinating all IMS-DCC change requests, ensuring they are logged, tracked, progressed and closed within agreed timescales. Supporting Document Owners with governance requirements and document control processes. Producing monthly updates and reports highlighting documentation changes, trends and improvement opportunities. Supporting delivery of the IMS Governance Improvement Project and ongoing continuous improvement initiatives.



About You


Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to work. Confident using SharePoint, with knowledge of document libraries, permissions, workflows, metadata and version control. Comfortable coordinating multiple stakeholders and managing change requests. Experienced in document control, governance or management systems (ISO knowledge desirable). Proactive, collaborative and committed to continuous improvement and high standards.
