Admin for Cyber Cafe - XP Tavern, London

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as an Admin at our Cyber Cafe in London. This is a key position responsible for overseeing various operational, service, and technical aspects of the club. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, organizational, and technical skills to ensure the smooth running of the club and the delivery of a high-quality experience for our guests.

14.42 per hour

Responsibilities

1.

Staff Management

Oversee ground staff: chefs, waiters, bartenders, cleaners Schedule shifts and ensure adequate staffing. Mediate staff issues and ensure team cohesion. Train new hires in basic operations and customer service standards.
2.

Service Quality Control

Monitor overall service quality and guest experience. Handle reservations, guest greetings, and table allocation. Supervise kitchen and bar order processing & stock. Prevent theft and ensure operational transparency.
3.

Event Management

Assist in the planning and execution of in-house events. Coordinate with event organizers and internal teams. Ensure technical and staffing readiness for each event. Be present during events to manage flow and resolve issues in real-time.
4.

Technical & Gaming Knowledge

Possess solid understanding of Computer & PS5 hardware and software. Assist guests and staff with technical troubleshooting. Ensure gaming equipment is functional and up-to-date. Coordinate maintenance and necessary upgrades with IT/support teams.
5.

Operations & Administration

Support owners in daily club operations. Help improve operational processes and efficiency. Maintain inventory control and supply checks (kitchen, bar, gaming). Generate basic reports on service, inventory, or issues as needed.
6.

Customer Relations

Be the face of the club for visitors. Handle complaints and conflict resolution. Ensure high standards of hospitality and a welcoming atmosphere.
