Job Overview


We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting daily operations by managing various administrative tasks. This position requires strong computer skills, excellent phone etiquette, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities



Collect new staff background checks Manage the Facebook page and other social media Serve as the first point of contact for phone calls and visitors Coordinate training with the Training Manager Collaborate with the Management Team to ensure smooth operations Assist with phone operations and log calls in the system Conduct various audits Ensure compliance with CQC legislation Support managers with administrative duties as required Perform general administration tasks, including typing and documentation Manage the holiday board and other administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications



Experience in an administrative role, preferably within the care or healthcare sector Strong organisational skills and attention to detail Excellent written and spoken communication and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, To Do); Adobe skills are a plus Familiarity with QuickBooks is advantageous but not mandatory Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team Proactive and positive attitude towards problem-solving Confident and compassionate nature with a desire to support both service users and staff

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-18.70 per hour
