Administrator - Hybrid | Up to 27,500 + Bonus | Leeds City Centre
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join a respected and independent group of companies specialising in civil and structural engineering, building surveying, architecture, insurance claims, and heritage conservation, based in Leeds city centre.
This is a hybrid position offering flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 days working from home. The role offers a competitive salary of up to 27,500, along with a discretionary bonus of up to 10% and a range of employee benefits.
Key Details:
Location: Leeds, City Centre
Salary: Up to 27,500 + up to 10% discretionary bonus
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 5:30pm
Work Pattern: Hybrid (3 days in office / 2 days from home)
Team: Join a supportive team of 4 within a wider business unit of 45 people

Role Overview:
As Administrator, you will support the Executive Administration team and the Administration Manager, providing essential administrative services across the business unit. You'll work closely with technical and professional staff including Chartered Building Surveyors, Structural Engineers, and Architects, ensuring that all projects run smoothly, within service level agreements (SLAs), and with high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Typing reports, emails, scanning and photocopying documents
Organising project paperwork and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with internal teams and clients, delivering exceptional customer service
Monitoring project progress and providing timely updates to stakeholders
Managing shared inboxes, sorting and publishing incoming and outgoing emails
Updating and maintaining the Business Management System (BMS)
Answering telephone calls and taking accurate messages
Arranging site visits and managing the unit's Outlook calendar
Ensuring all administrative activities meet company procedures and Health & Safety regulations
Supporting senior and executive-level administrators
What We're Looking For:
? High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the broader Microsoft Office Suite
? Strong administrative experience within a fast-paced, professional environment
? Experience liaising with both internal stakeholders and external clients
? Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills
? Fast, accurate typing skills
? Strong time management, organisational and communication skills
