What You'll Be Doing
In this crucial support role, you'll help ensure our clients receive a seamless, high-quality service. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing high-level technical and administrative support to our Advisers
Responding to client and third-party queries with clarity and professionalism
Ensuring all client files are accurate, complete, and compliant
Drafting clear, accurate, and professional suitability letters
Booking and managing client appointments
Assisting with the preparation of trust forms
Maintaining precise digital records and always following compliance procedures
Skills and Experience
We're looking for someone who takes pride in their work and thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment. You will have:
Previous experience in financial services/IFA/mortgage administration
Excellent administration and organisational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Outstanding attention to detail
The capability to understand and process complex information
Confidence, initiative, and the drive to develop professionally
