Are you:
Highly organised, adaptable and confident in a busy admin environment?
A strong communicator who enjoys supporting teams and working with families and visitors?
Calm under pressure, detail-focused and motivated to make a difference?
Do you have:
Solid administrative experience and strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office and databases?
Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prioritise and multitask?
Experience supervising others or working with volunteers?
A full , valid driving licence
Responsibilities include:
Managing administration for the Care team, including diaries, correspondence, filing and databases.
Providing support for meetings and taking minutes.
Supervising admin staff, reception volunteers and volunteer drivers.
Ensuring reception is covered and acting as a first point of contact for families and visitors.
Handling phone calls, queries, mail, donations and general reception duties.
Liaising with families and professionals and supporting data entry and reporting.
Managing SystmOne user setup, alerts, paper records and new starter system training.
Coordinating stationery, petty cash, finance links, newsletters and statistical reporting.

The Administrator supports the smooth running of East Anglia's Children's Hospices by delivering efficient administration and reception services for the Care team. You'll help ensure families, visitors, staff and volunteers receive a warm, professional and well-organised service, reflecting EACH's values of empathy, quality, openness and making things happen.
