Job Overview


We are seeking a conscientious, dependable, organised and friendly Administrator to be part of a small administrative team at our Modbury office.

The ideal candidate will have 1+ years 3-5day/wk experience in a back-office desk-based administration role, they will be comfortable with following and adapting to processes in a scaling business, also have some experience of accounts administration/bookkeeping.

The right candidate will have excellent written communication skills, a keen attention to detail, the ability to work under direction or autonomously in a busy environment, and be ready to go the extra mile for team and customer.

Responsibilities



Online listings onboarding and maintenance Administration including property listing optimisation, discount implementation and some copywriting Business Administration including account reconciliation, assisting with month end processing and business bookkeeping

Qualifications



2+yrs experience in a desk-based administration role, in a business setting 3+yrs experience of Microsoft Office Outlook, Excel & Word to an intermediate level only, ideally also Xero experience
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: 25,000.00-26,000.00 per year
