Due to increased demand, we are looking for a proactive Administrator to support the running of CREA.
Essential Skills
Bookkeeping
Data management and report building
Strong organisational and time management skills
Reliable and proactive approach
Good communication and interpersonal skills
IT proficiency (particularly spreadsheets, Microsoft Office 365)
Attention to detail and accuracy
Willingness to develop an understanding of the local youth culture
Ability to work solo as well as part of a team and work remotely

The Role
Your role will include:
Bookkeeping and financial records
Collating financial data and reports
Interacting with young people at times, both physically and remotely
Ensuring organisational records are accurate and well-maintained
Supporting the development of new office systems
Keeping equipment inventory up to date
Diary management for staff training
Maintaining project records
Supporting the induction of staff and providers
Handling and responding to enquiries by phone and email
