Ensuring administrative processes are in place to deliver services efficiently and effectively. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Training Team Support o Supporting the booking and organisation of workshops & sessions, including creating bookings & contact details via Ticket source, Teams and Zoom as required Oliver McGowan (OM) training support o Training scheduling & venue organising o Maintaining attendees database o Booking co-experts for lived experience training with partner organisations o Confirm travel arrangements and payments for co-experts o Manage general calls/emails relating to OM training Creation of certificates for all training Managing training surveys and feedback Assisting Business Manager with weekly and month end reporting data Monitor and update staff training requirements General office duties as required NB: This job description outlines the key duties that are expected of you within the role although is not an exhaustive list. Other Responsibilities:
The post holder will work within Matthews Hub policies and procedures including those relating to Health and Safety, Data Protection, Equal Opportunities and Safeguarding Vulnerable Adults. The Health and Safety at Work Act 1974 and other associated legislation places responsibilities for Health and Safety on all employees. Therefore, it is the post holders responsibility to take reasonable care of the Health and Safety and Welfare of her/himself/ themselves and other employees in accordance with legislation. The post holder will be thoroughly acquainted with the position of fire extinguishers, escape routes and the action to be taken in case of fire.
