Job Description

Rawdon Golf, Lawn Tennis and Padel Club is a friendly sports club offering a 9-hole golf course, three floodlit all weather, two grass and two padel tennis courts.

Our club offers a vibrant environment for our 700 members and their guests who enjoy playing golf, tennis and padel and socialising in our welcoming clubhouse.

We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and experienced Administrator with an eye for detail to manage and coordinate the administration and communication systems within our club.

Duties and responsibilities:



Be the first point of contact for all enquiries regarding the club.

Coordinate internal and external events in liaison with our Bar Manager and Caterer.

Manage and maintain Club databases and booking systems for golf, tennis and padel on Club V1 and Clubspark.

Assist the golf, tennis and padel sections in organising and setting up competitions.

Manage and coordinate the club diary and fixtures.

Review and update the Club's website.

Coordinate social media platforms and communication with members.

Assist the Club Secretary with organising the Annual General Meeting and Special General Meetings.

Update the honours board and notice boards throughout the clubhouse.

Compile and update Club policies to include H&S, Safeguarding, Complaints & Disciplinary policies.

Lead the Health and Safety Committee and work in conjunction with the Chairs of the House and Green's Committees to ensure all H&S protocols are adhered to.

Work collaboratively with the Club Secretary, Membership Secretary and Accounts Assistant to ensure a streamlined service to all our members and external customers.

Perform other duties as required from time to time, commensurate with the role

Requirements:



Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient use of IT, Social Media and office-based applications.

Exceptional organisational skills.

Experience and interest in golf, tennis or padel would be beneficial but not essential.

Full training will be provided on all Club Systems and databases.

Salary: 11,592 pa

Hours: 16 per week spread over 4 days a week based at the club.
