Administrator: Legal and conveyancing experience.
Location: Ware, Hertfordshire.
Work times: Monday to Friday 8.30 am to 5.30pm

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Conveyancing/Legal Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment. You will play a crucial role in supporting our management team by ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time. Previous experience in a legal environment/conveyancing is desirable.
Key Responsibilities:
The ideal candidate will be competent in completing Land Registry forms. Knowledge of legal terminology, legal documents and legal processes. Provide comprehensive administrative support to management team in all matters relating to right to buy leasing and sales and all matters relating to registering leases at HMLR.
Maintain an organised filing system for both electronic and paper documents.
Communicate effectively with clients, council, Land registry and external law firms.
Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a professional manner.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong IT skills with the ability to quickly learn new software applications.
Excellent typing skills with a high degree of accuracy.
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proven time management abilities with a focus on prioritising tasks effectively.
Strong organisational skills with attention to detail.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: 20,000.00-24,000.00 per year
