Part-Time Administrator

Key Responsibilities
Answering incoming calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner
Booking appointments and managing diaries
Preparing property details, letters, and marketing materials
Updating property listings and maintaining accurate records
Liaising with clients, landlords, buyers, and contractors
Providing general administrative support to the sales and lettings team
About You
Previous administrative experience is
essential
Strong organisational and time-management skills
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using databases
Professional, approachable, and able to work independently
