THE OPPORTUNITY:

Get Recruited is working with an award-winning education company based in the centre of Liverpool, who due to continued expansion have an opportunity for an Administrator to join their growing team.

As the Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the homestay program and ensuring the successful placement and ongoing support of students in host families\' homes. You will play a pivotal role in creating a supportive environment, fostering positive relationships between students and host families, and ensuring that both parties have a memorable and enriching experience.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a business who value their employees and pride themselves on the ongoing support, development and progression. You will also work alongside an experienced team to further support your onboarding and growth.

THE ROLE:

  • Assess the needs and preferences of students to match them with suitable families, considering cultural compatibility and other relevant factors.
  • To provide a high standard of customer service to tenants, students and external partners.
  • To maintain and develop excellent relations with our tenants, students and external partners.
  • Assist the team with administration tasks and the collation of verification documents for students.
  • Regularly check in with students and families to ensure their well-being and address any concerns or challenges that may arise.
  • Provide support in resolving any conflicts or misunderstandings between participants and host families.
  • Maintain and update the database, reports and payment runs ensuring all data is up to date and in line with guidelines.
THE PERSON:
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, administration or recruitment is highly advantageous.
  • Must have strong Excel skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities to manage multiple tasks and maintain accurate records.
  • Empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
