Job Summary



Keco Energy is seeking a highly organised and efficient administrator to support the delivery of PAS 2030-compliant retrofit and energy efficiency projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the office and project administration functions, supporting retrofit coordination, compliance documentation, and internal teams.

This role is ideal for an individual with strong organisational skills and experience in office administration who is comfortable working in a regulated environment. The administrator will assist with clerical tasks, manage correspondence, support data entry and record keeping, and help ensure all administrative processes align with PAS 2030 requirements and internal quality standards.

Responsibilities



Manage incoming calls and emails professionally, acting as a first point of contact for clients, installers, assessors, and supply chain partners Organise, maintain, and update project files and records in line with PAS 2030 compliance, both digitally and in physical formats Perform accurate data entry using Microsoft Office Assist with the preparation of reports, compliance documentation, and correspondence related to retrofit projects Support scheduling of retrofit works, assessments, inspections, and internal meetings Assist Retrofit Coordinators and management with general administrative tasks including scanning, filing, photocopying, and document control Maintain an organised office environment, ensuring systems support efficient project delivery Track and manage documentation such as installer certifications, warranties, and compliance evidence Prioritise administrative tasks effectively to meet project deadlines and support audit readiness Support continuous improvement of administrative processes within a PAS 2030-operating organisation

Qualifications



Proven experience in an office administration or administrative support role (essential) Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Strong computer and data entry skills Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, particularly when handling compliance documentation Professional and confident communication skills via phone and email Previous experience in construction, energy efficiency, retrofit, or compliance-based environments is advantageous Clerical experience is beneficial but not essential for motivated candidates willing to learn PAS 2030 processes Ability to work independently while supporting wider retrofit and operational teams
