The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support and managing various clerical tasks. This position requires proficiency in office software and strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure efficient office operations.
Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other software.
Handle incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and maintaining calendars.
Prepare and organise documents, reports, and presentations as needed.
Support the team with clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
Utilise Google Suite for collaborative projects and communication within the team.
Maintain an organised office environment conducive to productivity.
Skills
Proficient in QuickBooks for financial management tasks.
Strong clerical skills with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Familiarity with Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, Drive).
Excellent typing skills for efficient document preparation.
Ability to computerise processes to enhance office efficiency.
Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
