Job Description

We're looking for an Administrator to join our Corporate Affairs and Group Legal, Compliance & Governance teams based in London.




Location

: London - hybrid working available, with travel to the office as and when required


Hours

: 37.5 hours per week - some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us

What will you be responsible for?





As an Administrator, you'll be supporting the Corporate Affairs and Group Legal, Compliance & Governance teams in delivering smooth, efficient, and well-coordinated operations across critical business functions.



Your day to day will include:


Supporting corporate events, reports, meetings, campaigns, and team logistics Managing inboxes, diary scheduling, filing systems, and new starter inductions Preparing travel bookings, expense claims, invoicing, and reporting Assisting with SharePoint/IMS content management, governance records, and presentations Helping coordinate team activities such as volunteering and wellbeing days

You have strong organisational and time management skills to manage varied workloads You're confident in communication and stakeholder management, with strong writing skills You're enthusiastic, creative, and proactive in improving processes and team efficiency You have a good eye for design and some social media know-how You enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
