Location: Ealing



Contract: Full-time, Permanent



Hours: 42.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday



Salary: Up to 31,000 per annum





About Us




Pyramid Plus South, a joint venture partnership between A2Dominion and Mears Property Services, provides repairs and maintenance, compliance, planned replacements and fire risk assessment works. We successfully complete over 35,000 repairs, 1,000 voids and fit 600 kitchens and bathrooms annually to 23,500 homes. With a wide range of upcoming projects, there are exciting times ahead as we continue to grow!



About The Role




We are looking for a motivated and organised Administrator to join our dedicated team in Ealing. You will play a key role in supporting the operational team, ensuring smooth administration, accurate records, and excellent service delivery to residents, clients, and colleagues.



Key Responsibilities & Criteria




Will need to be doing data entry daily

Dealing with Asbestos requests

Loading and delivering Specifications on to the system

You will need to chase operatives to ensure jobs are being completed

Uploading of SOR codes to the systems

Responding to emails from tenants & client

Responding to contractors

Answering phone calls

Diary allocation for the contractors



Role Criteria




Worked within similar role

Good IT literacy

Social housing experience

Knowledge of the building trade

Good Customer Skills
