We are looking for a skilled Administrator to join our team in providing efficient and effective administrative support. The ideal candidate would preferably have a background in office administration and enjoy taking an active role in organising and attending client events.
Duties:
- Perform various administrative tasks to support the smooth operation of the office
- Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and courtesy
- Conduct data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
- Managing the CRM system
- Packaging and posting client welcome packs and certificates
- Organise, plan and attend client events to support engagement and relationship building initiatives
The right candidate must meet the following criteria:
- Proven experience in an administrative role, demonstrating strong organisational skills
- Experience in office software applications such as Microsoft Word and Excel
- Well presented and dressed smartly
- Strong data entry skills with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritise workload effectively
