As an Administrator at Bright Young Futures you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for providing administrative support to our children's homes, Supported Accommodation, and temporary emergency accommodation services, maintaining organized records, and assisting with day-to-day tasks to enhance overall efficiency. At Bright Young Futures we focus on providing quality care and support to all of our clients, therefore safer recruitment will be a key role for this individual as well as property management.
Duties
- Utilize strong organizational skills to manage office operations effectively.
- Handle phone calls and emails with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Assist in clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and scanning documents.
- Support the team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Utilize various recruitment methods to attract candidates, including job boards, and social media.
- Screen CV's and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications
- Coordinate with hiring managers to arrange interviews for shortlisted candidates
- Foster positive relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders
- Ensure best practice and employment law is followed
- Maintain database on right to work checks and visa dates
Requirements:
- Proven experience recruitment or similar role experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent relationship management skills to engage with candidates effectively
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
