Thank you for your interest in working for NCCE. We are currently looking for a part time Administrator to support our Livestock Market operations on a part-time basis. Overtime may be applicable on a season basis.
The main aspects of the role include
answering queries in person, by phone and by email in a polite manner.
general admin duties such as preparing statements and records for posting
processing transaction on our mart systems during sale days
taking payments
assisting with sales catalogues
posting to ledgers
minor finance tasks
any other duties as seen fit
6 months experience in an administrative environment is essential.
working knowledge of livestock is desirable
Note, hours are set that the successful applicant must work on a Monday and Saturday during our 2 key sales days. the 3rd day would ideally be on a Friday, however flexibility can be given.
Someone with the ability to cover adhoc sales on a Thursday and Friday evening would be advantageous
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.22-12.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 24 per week
