You'll be responsible for:

Administering the direct order process. Raising and receipting of all direct orders on the clients' oracle system. Managing the order processes. Transferring orders between different projects. Downloading and evaluating Oracle reports. Raising all Mace invoicing and submitting via iSupplier. Updating invoice tracker. Compiling and submitting expense reports. Completing and submitting capital expenditure analysis. Providing legal support with collating and distributing contracts and call-off agreements. Providing legal support by amending and issuing employers requirements. Working collaboratively towards the common goal of net zero carbon transition and share responsibility for the proactive. Identification and management of the associated carbon emissions and reductions during the delivery of work.

You'll need to have:

Ideally you will have some office/ work experience. Be confident using MS Office in particular Excel. You will be bright and switched on and eager to learn.
