Your role will be to provide an administrative/clerical/secretarial support service to assist in the smooth running of the service.

Supporting managers and senior clinical staff by overseeing, inputting and processing data using various computer systems for example Microsoft Office Suite, Outlook, Mosaic, RIO
Liaising with the Hospital Discharge Teams to co-ordinate discharges to the Home First Service and allocating the visits generated to the team.
Act as a point of contact for the team, answering routine enquiries, assessing the nature of telephone calls and emails, actioning them in an appropriate manner or referring them to the appropriate person, in liaison with your colleagues, where necessary. Occasionally assisting with receiving visitors in a courteous, prompt and efficient manner. Ensuring that staff, service users and members of the public who contact the team are dealt with efficiently and consistently.
Provide administrative support to the team, including uniform, stationery, IT equipment and personal protection equipment ordering, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, photocopying/printing necessary documents, maintaining stock of equipment and supplies and completion of standard forms, surveys and audits.
Assist with booking rooms/parking spaces for meetings and appointments on behalf of the line manager and other staff within the Unit, sending the relevant documents to staff as required.
Input information on spreadsheets, highlighting possible errors, so that accurate figures are available for the manager to use.
Collating agenda's for team meetings and minuting as required.
