motivated and proactive Administrator
to join our friendly team on a maternity cover basis. This role is a fantastic opportunity to build skills in administration, IT, customer service, and business support, while working within a professional and supportive environment.
The Role
As an Administrator, you will be a key point of contact for employers, learners, suppliers, and prospective businesses. You'll play an important role in ensuring the academy runs smoothly, while gaining valuable experience in a dynamic and varied administrative role.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the smooth day-to-day running of the academy by managing your own tasks and assisting the wider team.
Deliver excellent customer service to all stakeholders, internally and externally.
Assist the Business Development team during recruitment drives (posting adverts, shortlisting candidates, maintaining trackers and CRMs).
Manage filing and archiving systems.
Cover reception duties when required.
Support with planning and attending meetings (1:1s and team meetings).
Undertake agreed training and development to enhance your skills.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to manage your own workload effectively.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
GCSE (or equivalent) Grade 3/C in English and Maths.
Desirable:
Previous experience using CRMs (e.g., eSign Up, PICs, Mondays).
At least 1 year of customer service experience.

Monday-Thursday: 8:00am - 4:30pm (1-hour lunch).
Friday: 8:00am - 4:00pm (1-hour lunch).
