Working hours:



Monday - Friday

12pm-6pm (office based)

Daily duties

:

Process customer orders for deliveries, installations and collections from key accounts (new job entry, existing job amendments, projects) POD management (App and paper PODs) Plan the service delivery using internal and external resources - liaise with planning department Liaise with customers, keeping the communication updated during all stages of the service delivery Answer all phone queries and direct them to the correct departments Manage the Goods In Bookings/Diary - manage all supplier deliveries into KET warehouses Deliveries/Goods Out - book deliveries with sites (via phone/email) Order required services from third party suppliers (e.g. toners, uniform) Troubleshoot problems arising with deliveries and provide solutions Deal with ad-hoc customer enquiries Sign off supplier invoices against customer services General office and ad-hoc office duties Assist Transport, Warehouse and Accounts departments, as and when needed Issue invoices Check drivers fuel and credit card receipts against invoices PCN record and payment (using company card) Use of Transport and Warehouse Software

Able to operate effectively in a high paced, service driven transport operation (mainly next day service) Possess a good understanding of all relevant legal compliance (UK transport) Comprehensive understanding all of areas of the supply chain Full understanding of transport and warehouse operational systems
