As we continue to expand, we are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Part-Time Mortgage Administrator to join our dedicated team.

The Role:



As a Part-Time Mortgage Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our mortgage advisors and ensuring the smooth and efficient processing of mortgage applications from start to finish. Your responsibilities will include:

Receive cases from Advisors, check documents and complete compliance Liaising with lenders, clients, and other third parties to gather necessary documentation and chase progress. Maintaining accurate client records and application files, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Handling incoming calls and emails, providing excellent customer service. Assisting with general office administration tasks as required. Ensuring all compliance procedures are followed diligently.

About You:



We are looking for an individual who is highly motivated, organised, and has a keen eye for detail.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise a varied workload. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. A meticulous approach to data entry and record keeping. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A professional and discreet manner when handling sensitive client information.
