Job Description

We are looking for an Administrator to join the Mobile Seed Cleaning team, based at Nayland, on temporary basis for 6 months.
This is a full-time role, 40 hours per week, and you will be responsible for supporting various administration duties across the business.

• Possess an assured and professional manner with strong communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Able to handle telephone calls proficiently, communicating at all levels
• Enjoy using your own initiative to solve problems
• A self-motivated, flexible, and effective team player

Your Role
As an Administrator, your role will involve:

• General administration duties such as filing and post
• Handling incoming and outgoing calls to confirm work
• Creating and distributing daily worksheets
• Processing seed test sample requests
• Assisting in the seed testing laboratory
• Assisting with office invoicing
