What Does the Role Include?
As a Service Administrator at WASHCO, you will play a key role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. You will be responsible for coordinating service activities, managing communications, and keeping our internal systems running smoothly. Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries via phone and email, ensuring all communication is professional and efficient.
Coordinating service jobs and planning engineer workloads to align with agreed time slots.
Creating and maintaining accurate job records, including service requests, invoicing details, and warranty claims.
Monitoring daily schedules to ensure all work is completed on time.
Managing van stock ordering and liaising with suppliers where required.
Working closely with engineers, the service admin team, technical teams, and sales to support effective service delivery.
Contributing to proactive projects, customer initiatives, and continuous improvement activities to enhance overall service performance.
Maintaining and updating company data to support future customer engagement.
