Job Summary


We are seeking a Social Media admin to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for administrative duties surrounding our clients accounts, in which we offer done for you growth packages for business owners. Full training comes with the role - a comprehensive understanding of social media would be advantageous.

Duties



Send out connection and follow requests on our clients social media platforms. Update spreadsheets and systems with progress and reports. Communication to clients via our communication channels. Onboarding calls for new clients.

Skills



Proficiency in using social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and others. Familiarity with social media. Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A passion for staying current on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing. Responsibilities



Provide comprehensive administrative support to the team, including managing schedules and coordinating meetings. Handle onboarding calls with professionalism and courtesy, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate records through data entry and clerical tasks, ensuring all information is up to date. Utilise Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations. Process invoices and manage financial records using QuickBooks as required. Assist in organising office supplies and maintaining an orderly work environment. Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve overall efficiency.

Experience



Previous office or administrative experience is preferable for this role. Proficient computer skills, including typing speed and accuracy. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications is required. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of work, especially in data entry and record keeping.
