We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join the team at HMP Isle of Wight, a category B/C prison located on the Isle of Wight.
This is a fantastic new opportunity to join the admin team on site, ensuring that patients receive the best quality care, and the healthcare team are fully supported.
Hours:
This is a part time time role, working 24 hours per week. Shifts are Monday to Friday, between 8:30am and 5pm. We are looking for someone to work 4 days, and we can be flexible on the non working day, as well as start and finish times.
Salary:
This position is part time, and you'll receive an annual salary up to 27,582per annum FTE - depending on experience.

What you'll be doing
As our new Administrator, your responsibilities will include: Dealing with healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email, delivering a high level service at all times
Provide a high quality admin service to the wider healthcare team as required
Ensure that systems are kept up to date to ensure accurate reporting
Arrange internal and external medical appointments for patients

Our new Administrator will ideally have:
Experience within an administrative role / setting - any experience in a healthcare environment would be an advantage (hospital, GP practice etc)
Any knowledge of SystmOne would be a bonus!
Good IT skills, including MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word etc)
Confident in using data, maintaining databases and producing reports
