Overall objectives

We seek to appoint an Administrator to join our busy and expanding team within MCODE Solutions ltd

Key responsibilities:

Drafting, Reviewing and Approval of Lifecycle documentation Transferring paper based paperwork to electronic system Preparing Customer Reports. Completing Training. Keep all records and filing up-to-date and in order. Provide a professional and informed customer service via email, telephone and face-to-face. General Office Duties. As duties and responsibilities change, the job description will be reviewed and amended in consultation with the post holder. The post holder will carry out any other duties within the scope, spirit and purpose of the job as requested by Management.
Essential Criteria:

Have a minimum of 5 GCSEs at grade C and above to include English & Mathematics. Previous experience in a busy office environment would be a distinct advantage Strong understanding of MS Office, including Word, Excel Teams and Outlook Strong verbal and written communication skills. Excellent administrative abilities, with a talent for organising and prioritising tasks effectively. Eagerness to participate in required training for ongoing professional development. Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly and maintain strict confidentiality. Proven attention to detail. Proven ability to work on own initiative & problem-solve as well as working in a small team environment. Proven ability to work under pressure & to comply with deadlines. Ability to work onsite or remote. Basic knowledge of CSV/GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11, Project Life Cycle and cGMP Regulations. Experience of ASTM E2500 would be an advantage.
Desirable Criteria:

Experience within the Medical or Pharmaceutical industry a distinct advantage. Willing to travel if required.
