We\'re recruiting \xe2\x80\xa6 an Administrator

We are recruiting in our Leeds Office for a Logistics Support Administrator.

The purpose of the role is to support the logistics function in clear and accurate reporting with trending and analysis. Process adherence , compliance management and support for week closures and financial impacts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To consolidate all sites daily performance across collections from manufacturing sites through to assett returns to Dairies
  • Collation of individual sites collection profiles including reasons for non adherences
  • Collation and escalation of non adherences and reporting progress
  • Reporting clear target areas for improvement to relevant sites and monitor progress
  • To supply daily reports of assetts movements and trends including stock holdings by sites
  • To supply forecast Vs actual performances on sales and stock holdings
  • To report on stock availabilities by sites daily including shorts and reason
  • Download weekly KPI reports
  • Isotrac data consolidation and trending
  • Reporting top 5 stores focus areas with reasons
  • Delivery analysis inc vols and timings
  • Vehicle fill adherences and opportunities
  • Central Liason with CSC on daily performance / adherences
  • Waste reporting including Tipping - mass balances - Loads for disposal
  • Assett reporting by sites on returns - full stocks - abusers - non collections
  • Forecast adherences on Sales and stock holdings
  • Turn Round Time adherence at both manufacturing sites but also customer delivery points
  • Ensure that a full suite from the systems is available weekly for the management book
Shift Patterns
  • 5 day rotating rota, over 7 days per week including weekends and bank holidays
  • The start and finish times vary between 7AM - 6PM
Key skills & experience
  • Experience in FMCG Logistics operational environment
  • Stock and systems background
  • Good understanding of manufacturing replenishment cycles
  • Generating information led, effective reports and analysis
  • Knowledge of the dairy industry peak reqts
  • Working to KPI Targets
  • Organised and detail orientated
  • Highly motivated
  • Pragmatic approach
  • High level of objectivity and integrity
  • Tenacity and ability to influence
  • Curious mindset and a will to improve for the wider business, not functions
  • Ability to produce relevant and meaningful information from multiple sources
  • The role does require some travel to other UK sites so a driving licence is required.
