Our Health in Justice service line is now expanding into non-Custodial healthcare, a person-centred approach delivered via a solid and consolidated infrastructure aimed to assess individuals' mental health and neurodiversity requirements, to redirect them to the most appropriate channel. We have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in North Yorkshire.
Hours
This is a part time role working 22.5 hours per week.
Salary
This position is part time and you will receive a salary of 324,924 to 327,582xe2x80xac pro rata, depending on experience

What you'll be doing
As our new administrator you will:
  • provide high quality administrative duties working within site
  • deal with patients, healthcare colleagues and other professionals over the phone, face to face and via email in a professional and courteous manner
  • deliver Administrative support to the multidisciplinary meetings recognising the need for patient
confidentiality and multi-agency working * use IT systems, clinical templates and data to ensure reporting is accurate
  • be responsible for liaison with a range of agencies, internally and externally.
  • promote attention to detail within the completion of your duties

Qualifications and skills required:
xe2x97x8f English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent
xe2x97x8f Ability to prioritise workload
xe2x97x8f Excellent communication skills
xe2x97x8f A non-judgmental and compassionate approach
xe2x97x8f Good IT skills and IT literacy
xe2x97x8f Ability to work within a busy environment
