Are you an organised and friendly person who enjoys helping others and creating a welcoming environment? We're looking for an Administrator to join our team at Overstone House in Northampton.
As the first point of contact for residents, families, and visitors, you'll play an important role in supporting the smooth running of our home. From greeting guests with a smile to keeping our records and systems up to date, your work will help make Overstone House a place where everyone feels valued and supported.
What You'll Be Doing
Providing a warm, professional welcome to residents, visitors, and colleagues.
Supporting day-to-day administrative tasks to keep the home running smoothly.
Handling phone calls, emails, and enquiries efficiently and with care.
Maintaining accurate records and assisting with basic financial or office duties.
Helping to create a positive and friendly atmosphere for everyone who visits the home.
What We're Looking For
Experience in an administrative or receptionist role (care setting experience is a bonus, but not essential).
Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Confident using computers and office software.
A genuine passion for helping others and providing great customer service.
A Customer Service NVQ Level 2 (or willingness to work towards one) is desirable.
