Salary: 26,250

20 days' annual leave plus Bank Holidays, increasing by one additional day per completed year of service up to a maximum of 25 days

Role Summary



The Administrator will provide essential administrative and operational support to the business, ensuring the accurate and timely management of contract jobs and client portal activity. This role requires a conscientious and organised individual with strong attention to detail, capable of supporting multiple departments and maintaining high professional standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities



Manage client and customer portals, ensuring job information is uploaded and downloaded accurately and within required timescales

Download new job instructions into the company job management system and reconcile portal data against system exports to identify new instructions from multiple portals

Upload completed and certified jobs, ensuring all supporting evidence, SOR codes, and pricing amendments are included and correct

Complete certification processes efficiently and in accordance with required standards

Act as the first point of contact for inbound telephone calls, responding promptly and professionally, directing calls appropriately or providing relevant contact information

Process contract job updates received via client portals, ensuring all company systems are amended accurately and without delay

Monitor and process cancelled jobs daily, updating systems promptly to prevent unnecessary progression

Liaise with internal departments to resolve portal-related issues, including missing documentation, completion evidence, or client system discrepancies

Undertake general administrative duties as required by Directors, Senior Managers, and Senior Surveyors

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organised with the ability to manage workloads and priorities effectively

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy

Good working knowledge of job management systems and administrative procedures

Reliable, professional, and able to work effectively within a team environment
