We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing essential administrative support. This position requires proficiency in various office software, strong clerical skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and a background in glazing and/or construction would be desirable.
Duties
Manage daily office operations, ensuring a well-organised and efficient work environment.
Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
Utilise Zero and Business Pilot for financial record-keeping and invoicing.
Maintain and organise files, both physical and digital, ensuring easy access to information.
Handle incoming calls with professional phone etiquette, directing inquiries as necessary.
Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members.
Prepare reports and documents using Google Suite applications (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
Support the team with clerical tasks as needed, contributing to overall administrative efficiency.
Must be able to manage multiple tasks at one given time.
Excel and CRM experience is a must.
Experience of managing teams of remote workers would be beneficial.
Qualifications
Proven experience in an administrative role or similar position.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite is essential.
Familiarity with QuickBooks/Zero is advantageous but not mandatory.
Familiarity with Business Pilot would be advantageous but not mandatory.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of work quality.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills are highly valued.
