Key Responsibilities



Administrative Support



Maintain and update client records, contracts, and project documentation. Organise and manage internal filing systems (digital and physical). Handle correspondence (emails, letters, calls) professionally and in a timely manner.

Project Coordination



Track project timelines, deliverables, and consultant availability. Support the preparation of project plans, budgets, and progress reports. Liaise with clients to coordinate logistics, documentation, and follow-up actions.

Financial & Resource Administration



Assist with invoicing, expense tracking, and budget monitoring. Maintain accurate records of purchase orders, supplier agreements, and financial transactions. Support consultants in managing resource allocation and utilisation.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement



Act as a first point of contact for clients, ensuring queries are handled promptly. Support consultants in preparing client-facing documentation and materials. Assist in maintaining positive relationships with clients and partners.

Office & Team Support



Provide general administrative support to consultants and senior managers. Contribute to the continuous improvement of administrative processes and tools.

Skills & Competencies



Strong organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. High attention to detail and accuracy.

Working hours:



Monday to Friday - 9am to 5pm (35 hours per week / 1 hour lunch)

Benefits:



Salary 23,000 to 28,000 depending on experience
