We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team onsite at Odiham as a Site Administrator. This will be a permanent full time opportunity for an experienced administrator to join our onsite team. This role will play a vital part in supporting the Site Manager with various tasks. While previous experience is preferred, we encourage candidates with a passion for learning and taking on new challenges to apply. Responsibilities (but not limited to)
Raising purchase orders and providing invoices
Ordering materials for various projects
Scheduling works across the site
Liaising with the engineers on project progress
Uploading project information to our system
Assist the site manager with general admin tasks
Essential
Proficient with Microsoft packages such as Word & Excel
Previous experience working in an office environment
