EQUANS are recruiting for a Administrator to be based in Oldham. This is a full-time permanent role, working 37.5 hours per week. On offer is a competitive salary and benefits package.




General Overview





To ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner and ensure the department effectively communicates in all aspects.


Key Accountabilities




Provision of administrative support as part of a team Delivering a positive customer service experience that meets business requirements Ensuring effective communication. Data entry as required Welcome visitors, sign in and show to appropriate area Raising of purchase orders via Evision Equans procurement system Deal with incoming and outgoing telephone calls from clients and residents. Process and disseminate inbound/outbound post / deliveries. Ensure administrative tasks are completed in a timely manner namely data inputting. To order stationery as required and ensure adequate stock is available. To book meeting rooms as required and ensure buffets are available as appropriate. To respond to the changing needs of the customer, ensuring a positive customer service experience. Review and challenge departmental processes and procedures, demonstrating continuous improvement

Experience




Experience of supporting operational teams Experience of planning, organising and prioritising workload, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy
