Job Description

Purpose

To maintain accurate books, reconcile accounts, and provide light administrative support so the Director and Ops team have reliable financial visibility.

Key Responsibilities

Bookkeeping (Xero)



Daily bank feed reconciliation (sales receipts / purchases / expenses). Match e-commerce revenue from Linnworks, PayPal, Stripe, Amazon & eBay to Xero. Record supplier invoices and credit notes; track payments due. Post employee expenses and reimbursements. Prepare weekly cash-flow snapshot and aged payables report. Maintain VAT records and support quarterly return.

Administration Support



File digital receipts and contracts to SharePoint/OneDrive. Update supplier and customer records. Support Mahima with basic data entry (RepairDesk/Linnworks reports). Coordinate with ScopeHR for staff documents and payslips.
Requirements

2 + years hands-on experience with

Xero Accounting

. Solid grasp of double-entry bookkeeping and VAT principles. Confident reconciling multi-channel e-commerce sales. Comfortable working autonomously with cloud apps (Xero, Microsoft 365, Google Drive). Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality.
Nice to Have

Exposure to Linnworks, HubSpot, or RepairDesk. Experience supporting a retail or e-commerce SME.
Compensation

18 - 25 per hour (depending on experience) or fixed retainer arrangement.

Expected hours: 20 per week
