Role Summary
The role of Administrator will provide a high standard of administrative support to the occupational health service. This is a varied role, carrying out administration and receptionist duties, full time on our client site in Oxford.
Main duties and Responsibilities:
Receptionist duties.
Administration including photocopying, scanning and filing of confidential documents, maintaining company database, and dealing with customer/client queries via telephone and email.
Managing referrals and booking appointments.
Maintain confidential health records using the Occupational Health database.
Exercise initiative and prioritise all aspects of own work.
Consult and co-operate with other employees in sharing administrative duties where necessary.
Receive all incoming mail, execute own areas of responsibility, sort and distribute the remainder as required.
Experience, Skills, and Knowledge Required for the Role:
Administrator / receptionist experience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Good attention to detail
Good IT / PC skills including Microsoft packages
