The role is based on 24 hours per week (3 Days).
Established in 2016, Award Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Limited provide a Nationwide service for the installation, repair and maintenance of commercial air conditioning and refrigeration equipment.

Although no previous experience is required, we are looking for an enthusiastic, committed & friendly individual with a passion for great customer service to join our friendly team. The right candidate will enjoy working with a variety of people with a high level of attention to detail whilst being comfortable multitasking. Being well presented, personable & friendly with excellent time keeping skills will be vital to this role.
Every day will be different as you assist the company with the daily dynamic needs however, some of your key daily activities will be:
Support the office team with everyday tasks including meeting & greeting customer, visitors and contractors.
- Taking delivery of goods into our warehouse
Call handling for internal and external phone calls in a professional, friendly and efficient manner
Office duties such as filing, photocopying etc
Booking engineer visits including maintenance visits
Recording & updating engineer visit logs
Data entry, to include quotations
Any other admin services as & when required after training from relevant teams
The following are some desirable, but not essential skills we are looking for in applicants. Where there is no previous experience, we want an individual that is motivated to gain these skills.
Experience in common computer software packages would be an advantage but full training will be provided
Experience in dealing with customers both in person and by telephone
Good organisational skills
Keyboard skills
Communication skills (written & oral)
Able to work under time pressures in a fast paced environment
Show confidence when communicating with customers
Proactive worker
Able to use initiative
Good team member but be able to self-motivate
Salary is negotiable dependent of experience
