Job Description

Allied Surveyors Scotland is one of Scotland's largest independent firm of Chartered Surveyors.

We are currently accepting applications for temporary experienced secretary within our Paisley office.

Office hours Mon - Fri 5 hours a day.

This role requires exceptional listening skills, accurate typing ability and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities



Listen to audio recordings and transcribe them accurately into written documents.

Use transcription software and equipment to aid in the transcription process.

Review and edit transcriptions for errors, accuracy, and clarity.

Diary management and arranging appoitments

Qualifications and Skills:



Excellent typing speed and accuracy.

Proficiency in transcription, spelling, and punctuation.

Strong command of grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

Good time management and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Strong organizational skills to help with the office.

Excellent customer service skills.

Other duties include all general office duties including mail, filing, handling telephone and email enquiries, computer data inputting, preparing reports for clients, pro-forma invoices.

Previous experience would be an advantage however, consideration will be given to applicants with keyboard skills and quick to learn and progress.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From 12.21 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 25 per week
