Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Facilities Management team at the Central Middlesex Hospital in Park Royal, NW10. This is a permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

The role:

  • Provide effective and efficient administrative support, for the Management team.
  • Support the Helpdesk function - issuing jobs to engineers when raised by the Trust
  • Assist the Contract Management by running various weekly/monthly reports from the CAFM system (Maximo) and by running ad hoc reports as required
  • Provide administrative support to the Facilities Management Team, dealing with telephone, written and personal enquiries, and operational matters
  • Undertake all Maximo duties such as raising and receipting PO\'s, work orders, reports, invoicing/bill batch, quoted work orders
  • Understand who the client is and what their requirements are, and react to them in a professional, effective and efficient manner
  • Ensure delivery of consistently high standards of customer service
  • Working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
The person:
  • Previous FM helpdesk/administration experience and good IT skills essential
  • Understanding of the Maximo CAFM system is desirable
  • Financially and commercially astute with experience of purchase orders, etc.
  • A proactive and flexible attitude to duties and work undertaken with a \xe2\x80\x9ccan-do\xe2\x80\x9d attitude
  • Has a strong client focus, and the ability to take ownership of projects
  • Strong communication and relationship building skills
